January 27, 2010—One of Buffalo’s unique attractions, Salvatore’s Italian Gardens
Restaurant and Garden Place Hotel became one of the early adopters of Adaco’s hospitality
solution Adaco .NET, built on the Microsoft .NET framework.
A boutique hotel rich in decor, the property has 166 rooms spread over three floors
and includes conference center facilities. It is also attached to Buffalo’s largest
banquet facility and best-known restaurant, Salvatore’s Italian Gardens. The combined
operations generate over $12 million in annual revenues.
“Adaco outdid themselves by creating a product that is even easier to use than its
predecessor,” said owner Joe Salvatore. “We are seamlessly connected to our financial
system, and vendor payments and updates process automatically. The accounts payable
integration has allowed us to improve cash flow while substantially reducing administrative
labor costs.”
“We have quickly gone paperless for food and beverage purchasing,” said the hotel’s
Purchasing Director, Kevin Sullivan “Our vendor prices are updated via the Internet
and POs are automatically created by Adaco .NET, allowing us to streamline processes
and add to the cost savings we had already achieved using Adaco software.”
“The move to Adaco .NET provided integration opportunities that resulted in measurable
savings throughout Salvatore’s,” said Sunil Ippagunta, President of Adaco. “It proves
that the Adaco solution is a good match for small- and medium-sized operations.”
